Customers using our shop must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old. All customers must agree to the terms laid out in this page, hence confirming that they have the right to purchase in this shop.

The contract between the buyer and the seller is effective from the moment the buyer forms an order, enters their first and last names (in latin characters), phone number, their delivery address, including postcode, selects a payment method, accepts the terms and conditions, places the online order and pays using the chosen payment option. The order must be paid for in full in 48 hours from order confirmation, otherwise it will be cancelled.

Once the buyer pays and confirms the order they will receive an email confirmation message. Once the order is prepared, the seller will send an email confirmation to the buyer that the order has been posted or arranging a delivery location and time (depending on which delivery method is chosen at checkout). Each contract between the buyer and the seller is stored and saved in the database of the shop.

Payment options

The buyer can pay in one of these methods:

  1. Payment by bank transfer. In this case the buyer makes the bank transfer to Rolandas and Irena Šimkai farm bank account, including their order reference number.
  2. Payment in cash at the delivery. This order method cannot be used when ordering via Omniva parcel machines.
